Extremely disappointing experience at Shakers. We waited more than 1.5 hours just to order food, which is completely unacceptable for any restaurant. After that, we waited more than another 30 minutes to receive our food - a Caesar salad & a poutine.

At that point, we had already paid for our drinks & decided to leave. The restaurant did end up comping the food, & we took it to go, but that did not make up for the overall experience. Once we got back to the hotel, the Caesar salad was tasteless & extremely disappointing. The so-called crispy chicken was especially poor - I had one piece of'crispy' chicken (less than a quarter of a breast) , & the salad was definitely not worth a two-hour wait.

Waiting that long for basic food, only to receive something bland & underwhelming, is unacceptable. We left frustrated, disappointed, & knowing our time had been completely wasted.

We will not be back, & we will not be recommending Shakers to anyone. If I could give less than 1-star, I would.

J'étais avec deux amis! La bouffe était bonne & l'ambiance nice! Par contre le service moins! J'ai du demander 2 fois a ravoir des croutons ( j'avais un tartare) a 15 mn d'intervalle entre chaque demande avant qu'on m'en amène. Donc impossible de manger entre temps…J'en avais reçu 3 morceaux avec mon plats… ensuite on est resté quasiment 1h sans qu'elle revienne nous voir… j'ai essayer de croiser son regard & fais signe sans succès. On voulais recommander des drinks mais après toute cet attente on est allé ailleurs! Dommage!

La bouffe, excellente, rien a redire, le service... très long... plus de 20min a attendre le serveur a qui j'avais signaler & qui m'avait répondue qu'il venait dans un instant pour commander un drink... plus tard dans la soirée... le DJ prend ça place, la musique est bonne mais le sons est horrible, c'est chaud & humide a l'intérieur mais personne ne prend la peine d'ouvrir les porte donnant accès au terrasse qui sont rester fermer... au finale, plus de monde dans le parking que dans la bâtisse...

Très beau restaurant, bel atmosphère mais pas mal bruyant! Il y a des crochets en dessous des tables pour les manteau, c'est très subtil. Les tartares & les drinks étaient excellents.
