Nous avons tous adoré notre expérience au Shaker.
Par contre, voici ce qui s'est produit...
-Nous avons réservé pour 16h30
-Nous avons eu un téléphone comme de quoi nous devions partir pour le deuxième service...soit pour 18h30.
-Finalement nous avons pris place au Bar pour ne pas être dans l'obligation de nous déplacer plus tard.
-FINALEMENT...Nous somme partis à 19h30 & il y avait environ la moitié du restaurant qui était vide!!!!
Je me questionne sérieusement sur votre façon de gérer votre agenda!

Le service pour notre drink a été très long, nous l'avons eu presque en même temps que notre plat principal & en plus ce n'était pas le bon choix que nous avions fait (2)!! Mise à part le cheveu dans l'assiette de mon amie, tout était très délicieux!!

On a eu du bon service une bonne partie de la soirée, mais a la fin notre serveuse a disparu, après avoir dit qu'elle revenait dans 2m pour prendre notre derniere commande. Un serveur est venu prendre ça après 15-20m. On l'a reçu, & personne n'est revenu nous voir de la soirée. On voulait juste payer & partir. Ça a prit 1h avant de revoir ce même serveur pour lui faire signe afin de pouvoir payer.

Également eu la visite de serveuse au minimum 3 fois pour des commandes qui n'étaient pas pour nous.

Service vraiment à revoir, nous sommes très déçu.

Points positifs, les drinks sont bon & on a bien mangé.
