Bonjour! Nous avions choisi le menu de groupe pour avoir un service plus rapide étant un groupe de 30 personnes. Malgré cela, le service a été très très long. Par contre, la serveuse était efficace & souriante.

Service toujours excellent lors de mes visites. Les plats bien présentés & savoureux, bons conseils du personnel pour les cocktail & super ambiance grâce aux chansonniers. Endroit très agréable pour 5@7 ou un souper !

Pour ma part j'ai pris la bavette qui était correcte quoi qu un peu sec . Portion un peu petite. Le tartare steakhouse était excellent ainsi que le tartare de saumon aux fraises. Les cocktails sont excellents. Que dire du service de Félix !! Thumbs up! Meilleur service ever!!

Dimanche soir c'est le spécial du vin au prix de la SAQ. Nous nous sommes repris à 3 reprises pour commander du vin rouge italien sur la liste des vins prix SAQ & aucune des bouteilles étaient disponibles. Donc nous avons opté pour un vin français. Donc le 4 étoiles est à cause des vins annoncés dans leur promotion & qui n'étaient pas disponibles. 1 bouteille on aurait compris mais 3 de suite.......Mais le service & la nourriture étaient excellents.

I went there with a group of people. The food was good but they messed up the order & my friend had to wait 30 minutes. There was a lot of noise & it was hard to hear other people talking. But the worst thing is that when I went to pay my food (it was 26 + taxes = 30$) they charged me 50$. I told them & she kept saying she had to check with her manager, she never did. I had to go because I was in a hurry but they told me that it was probably a mistake in the bank, with the change of currency & everything, but it was not.

Nous sommes allés plusieurs fois au Shaker Charlesbourg & toujours super. Mais hier, nous avons reçu notre repas 1h15 après avoir commandé. Les burgers étaient froids mais tartare était bon.
