C'est toujours un grand bonheur de prendre un repas au Ciel. Pour le déjeuner surtout parce que la vue qu'on y a sur toute la ville & les alentours est à couper le souffle. De plus le service est excellent & la bouffe différente, bien préparée & goûteuse.

Excellent ! Première expérience à Québec dans cette régions !
La vue splendide, le service impeccable & les plats juste parfait !
Nous avons pris déjeuner avec saumon mi cuit & le champ plein . Cuisson parfaite , délicieux , visuellement impeccable! Je déjeune au restaurant très fréquemment...Je n'ai pas de mot , c'est là meilleur expérience en restaurant déjeuner que j'ai eut de toute ma vie !

Bonjour,

Nous appréciions le saumon mi-cuit en déjeuner. Votre refonte du plat avec le saumon fumé n'est pas mauvaise mais il était vraiment trop salé. Nous nous sommes habitués/accommodés au goût ainsi qu'à la sauce hollandaise, mais à notre sortie du restaurant nous avons eu tous les deux des problèmes intestinaux pour le moins incommodant (pour ne pas dire plus). Assez pour ne plus le reprendre.

Les services était toutefois impeccable.
