My parents dined here for my dad's birthday, & not only did they have a wonderful time, but the restaurant was SO kind & accommodating to help me surprise them with a pre-purchase of champagne & dessert.

I called the night before, spoke to a very kind gentleman who assured me they can surprise my parents with these things, & can charge my credit card for it so that it doesn't go on their tab. I even asked them to tell my parents it's'from their son & his girlfriend', & they did exactly that. Everything went smoothly, exactly as planned, & my parents loved it, & I'm just very thankful for that.

Certainly a unique experience with amazing views of Quebec City & surrounding areas. The appetizer, entree & dessert were all excellent as was the service. It was nice to not feel rushed to appreciate the full view as the restaurant rotated.

Top tier experience. The food was amazing. We ordered the burrata, shrimp & scallops, & the chicken supreme. For dessert, we ordered the brownie & the creme brulee. The service was outstanding, Nicolas was an amazing server.

Nous avons été tres decu par la nourriture. Nous etions 5 & avons pris la pieuvre trés moyen. Un de nos saumons n'etait pas pas cuit nous avons du le retourner en cuisine pour la cuisson.
Le plat au poulet avec des chanterelles ne contenait aucune chanterelle ni de patisson. Il a fallu demander nos patissons & pour les chanterelles on nous a amené des champignons autres dans un ramequin à part.
Le magret etait riducule & médiocre.
Ce n'est pas un restaurant gastronomique à part le prix des plats. La cuisine est juste au niveau d'une brasserie & encore j'en connais des bien mieux.
Le personnel est tres gentil, il nous on fait un petit dessert surprise pour notre anniversaire & la vue sympa mais ca fait pas tout.
Au vue des commentaires on s'attendait à mieux quel dommage. On n'etait d'ailleurs que trés peu dans le restaurant, celui d'en bas de la tour etait plein à craquer.
Quelquechose de sympa pourrait etre fait là, ils ont la chance d'avoir un magnifique restaurant mais la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur du restaurant. Le personnel lui est trés gentil.

Absolument sublime, de l'entrée en passant par le repas principale & le dessert. Ce menu servi par des anges était divin.

Je n'y vais que 1-2 fois par année, mais à chaque fois j'adore l'expérience ! La nourriture était hyper bonne & le service wow ! La serveuse nous a même offert un petit dessert gratuit pour nos 1 an de mariage

Chicken was melt in your mouth tender & delicious. Duck was a bit tough but tasty & all the accompaniments were delicious. Maple brownie for dessert was five star. On a very busy Mother's Day evening, the service was topnotch. Our waitress was very friendly & never acted rushed even though the place was packed. Been years since we have dined in a revolving restaurant, but on a beautiful spring evening, it was a great way to get a birdseye view of the city.

I celebrated by 70th birthday at Ciel! It was a magical evening with great food & great service. Our waitress, Maude, let us linger over our cocktails before ordering the duck confit with foie gras tortellini & the beef cheek with red wine jus. She was so gracious & let us enjoy the sunset view of the city & the evening lights. She also surprised me at the end of the meal with a chocolate dessert with a handwritten birthday card. She had written it in French because she remembered that I said I could read French better than speaking it. It was so unexpected & delightful. I will never forget that night. I highly recommend the food & the experience.
