Super service & repas ! On est véganes & on a pu manger une entrée & un plat principal (avec quelques ajustements) & c'était parfait !! On a meme eu droit a une salade de fruits avec une belle chandelle comme dessert pour la fête de mon copain. Je recommande!!
Often a revolving restaurant appeals to people with its view & not necessarily the quality of its dining. Ciel! Bistro-bar is clearly an exception. Yesterday evening we enjoyed a first class dining experience. The soup of the day, a simple cauliflower soup, exploded with flavour - just the right amount of everything to make it healthy but delicious. I chose as main course a dish with perfectly spiced legumes & other vegetables on eggplant. My companions chose arctic char, cooked just right & again with healthy & delicious vegetables. We don't usually order desserts, but since everything else had been so good we couldn't resist an almond flavoured crème brulée & blueberry cheesecake that were both exceptionally good. Finally, the service was first rate. Overall we had a five star dining experience, & will return in the future.

This place was absolutely worth the splurge! (Although it wasn't really that pricey considering the quality of the food & views & the entertainment value of a revolving restaurant.) Our 6:30 reservation time proved perfect for a glimpse of the city in daylight as well as at night. We were at the table for two hours (appetizers, entrees, & dessert) & completed slightly more than one rotation. A storm came in & left us worried the raindrops would stay on the windows & block our view, but they dried quickly. Service was attentive, & our food was delicious (including vegetarian options). We would highly recommend!
Bon boudin, bon dessert (éclair au chocolat), bon café avec sucre d'érable. L'assiette de charcuterie est à revoir complètement. Une des tranches (la plus grosse) n'est pas appétissante ni bonne. A 30$ l'assiette, on s'attend à franchement mieux.
Le service est à améliorer; trop empressé.
La vue 360 sur Québec est de toute beauté.

J'ai commandé un plat principal végétarien: aubergine, etc. Délicieux, bien que la portion soit plutôt petite & que l'aubergine était tiède. Mocktails réussis. Dessert réussi: tartelette au citron & arachides.
Les prix sont comparables à ce qu'on trouve ailleurs, mais on a la vue magnifique de la ville de Québec, du fleuve & de Lévis en plus!
Everyone should go to this restaurant once! It's a great experience to eat having an amazing view of the city. We ordered different, drinks, meals & dessert & everything tasted very good!
On nous a donné un dessert gratuit pour notre anniversaire de couple & on a respecté notre demande d'être sur le bord de la fenêtre. Un petit peu frisquet cependant!
Bouffe & panorama supers! Serveuse vraiment quelconque & elle semblait avoir le rhume en plus 👎👎👎. Pourtant, nous avions aimé nos trois autres expériences précédentes en grande partie à cause des serveurs attentionnés & sympathiques. Peut-être l'air bête de la serveuse s'expliquerait pas le fait que nous n'avons pas pris de vins en mangeant ni pris de dessert. Quoi qu'il en soit, nous allons sûrement retourné en espérant ne pas tomber à nouveau sur celle-ci.
