L'endroit est tout simplement magnifique. Le concept du restaurant tournant offre une vue 360° spectaculaire sur la ville, ce qui rend le moment encore plus spécial.
La nourriture était excellente, savoureuse & bien présentée.
Mais ce qui a vraiment rendu l'expérience formidable, c'est l'accueil chaleureux de Marie-Lou. Nous étions aux petits soins du début à la fin, avec un service attentionné & professionnel.
Je recommande vivement & j'y retournerai sans hésiter !
Expérience hors du commun, tout etait parfait, notre serveur était courtois, rapide, souriant. Explications clairs du menu, les prix étaient très abordables d'ailleurs. La nourriture & les breuvages succulants. Je recommande fortement un incontournable quand on visite Québec.
Beautiful, delicious & fun! This was by far my favourite activity for from my weekend trip. Friendly tip to check the weather & reserve online to make sure you get a good seat! The menu had lots of options & personally I think the price was very reasonable for the did you get. Would go again next time I'm in Quebec City & absolutely going to recommend this place to my friends & family. The meal even came with a little dessert if you're not too full, it was delish.

Expérience incroyable chez Ciel! Bistro-bar La vue est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. Le service est exceptionnel : personnel très professionnel, attentif & chaleureux du début à la fin. Un moment parfait que je recommande sans hésiter.
Je suis allée en étant enceinte (ça paraissait pas tant que ça) mais je prenais des mocktails, le monsieur qui nous a servit avait fait ses recherches avant de venir nous proposer l'entrée du jour, fromage de chèvre (pasteurisée).. ensuite lorsque j'ai commandé mon assiette principale, il m'a mentionné… on prend les pétoncles bien cuits ?
Juste wow ! Le prix en vaut certainement la peine.
Les enfants devraient être accepté jusqu'à une certaine heure, je trouve que c'est un restaurent assez de luxe …
Excellente cuisine pourtant sans prétention. Nous voulions souligner nos 5 ans de mariage devant un vrai bon repas & c'était parfait. En ce qui concerne le service, nous en étions tout impressionnés. Le personnel est attentif on a l'impression qu'ils lisent dans les pensées. Bref, je recommande.
Ciel was recommended to us by a number of people for our anniversary dinner. I am happy to say it didn't disappoint. Our server Julie was amazing. She was attentive, professional & very accommodating & friendly. The food was delicious. The panoramic views were fantastic. The value for this fine dining experience with gorgeous views of the city is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone visiting Quebec City & particularly for a special occasion.
My husband I spent our last dinner in Quebec at Ciel! Everything was wonderful! The service was great, the food was delicious & the views of the city were spectacular! I would highly recommend spending an evening at Ciel!
