This was a fantastic experience through & through- from the server, to the food, to the view. However, I'd like to talk mainly about the food.

To start, I ordered the soup dujour, which was a potato-cream. It was warming & perfectly creamy, with just a hint of spice. My boyfriend & I shared the cerviche, which was full of very refreshing flavours. For the main course, I got the lamb, while my boyfriend got the Spanish octopus. The lamb was cooked perfectly! There's was no game-y or unwanted lamb flavours, just succulent juicy meat in a delicious sauce. The octopus was bursting with flavour as well! For dessert, I got the creme brulee-- it was a cornucopia of flavours! I couldn't even figure out what I was tasting at first, but I think I figured it out; they must put coconut milk or something as their secret ingredient.

Anyway, I would highly recommend this restaurant for your next date night. A fantastic restaurant in the heart of Old Quebec City!

Superbe expérience pour le brunch. J'ai pris la brioche perdue & mon conjoint le sandwich oh ciel. De bonnes portions & que dire de la bouché dessert. J'en aurais pris une boîte !
Nous recommandons fortement ce restaurant! (Recommandations : faites une réservation à l'avance sur leur site pour une vue incroyable sur la ville)

We had a wonderful experience at Ciel! The revolving view of Quebec was very nice. Our waitress was fun but professional. We all enjoyed our food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others.
