Nous avons vraiment apprécié le brunch du Ciel! Bistro-bar! Menu varié, assiettes copieuses & bien préparées. Nôtres serveur était vraiment très sympathique! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir! Cette vue, incroyable, je le recommande à tous!

Better than expected!! I thought it would be a sub-par-tourist-trap dinner, but the food was actually really good! I loved the 360° view & would recommend a 5pm reservation if visiting in the winter so you can get a glimpse of the sunset at the very beginning of your meal! The service was a big highlight for me! I loved my waitress, she was exceptional. As a vegetarian, there weren't many options, just one appetizer & one entree. I would 100% recommend the raw cheesecake for dessert! So creamy & delicious! Will definitely come back again next time I'm in Quebec City!

Niché au sommet de l'hôtel Le Concorde, le Ciel Bistro-Bar offre une expérience inoubliable. L'atmosphère y est tout simplement parfaite: une vue imprenable sur la ville, une décoration soignée & une ambiance chaleureuse.
Le service est impeccable. Notre serveur a été exceptionnel. Ses conseils avisés sur le menu ont sublimé notre expérience culinaire & sa bonne humeur a été un atout majeur pour notre soirée.
La cuisine est à la hauteur du reste: des plats savoureux & créatifs, préparés avec des ingrédients frais & de qualité. Bien que les prix soient un peu élevés, ils sont justifiés par le standing du restaurant, l'atmosphère unique & la vue imprenable sur la ville.
C'était ma deuxième visite à ce restaurant &, comme la première fois, j'ai été impressionné. Je suis toujours content de revenir.
Je recommande vivement le Ciel Bistro-Bar pour une soirée romantique, une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour profiter d'un moment unique.

We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Ciel! The view of the city was incredible, while the sun had already set, seeing the city by night was equally as beautiful, if not better. The food was amazing, it was the best dinner place we ate at during our entire trip. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful views of Quebec City. Friendly & attentive helpful staff. Duck was recommended & 5 stars, many other items 5 stars. Vegetarian Roasted Cauliflower dish 3 stars. Not very flavorful & not hot. We expected more flavor & sear. The dish has potential but needs work. Canadian cheese platter was amazing. Bread was hot, crispy & tasty. The cauliflower soup was to die for & the artic char delicious!

Best view in town, service was perfect as always. It's a bit on the pricey side, but it so delicious & well prepared that it worth it. I highly recommand you to spoil yourself & indulge in an awesome meal there!
