Had an amazing experience at Ciel Bistro Bar! The food was absolutely delicious, & every dish was beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was incredible, especially the stunning 360° view that made the whole experience even more special.
A special thank you to Chloe for her warm hospitality & excellent accommodation. She made us feel welcome & ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit.
If you're looking for great food, outstanding service, & breathtaking views, I highly recommend Ciel Bistro-Bar. We will definitely be coming back!

We had amazing weather for our reservation, & the views of Quebec City are spectacular from this restaurant. Was greeted by friendly staff & seated quickly. Food & wine were delicious & service was outstanding. Definitely recommend if you're in Quebec City!

If you want the ultimate view of Quebec City paired with fantastic food, Ciel! is an absolute must-visit. Located on the 28th floor of the Hôtel Le Concorde, this revolving restaurant offers a breathtaking, slow-motion 360-degree tour of the entire city, the St. Lawrence River, & the surrounding mountains. It takes about 90 minutes to make a full rotation-perfectly timed with a leisurely meal.

Service & food were excellent! The views are not to be missed! We had brunch & then explored the Plains of Abraham & Citadel afterwards. Make advanced reservations to ensure a window seat.

We really appreciated our dinner June 10 . All waiters were extremely attentive & pleasant. The food quality & presentation could match Michelin stars restaurants. Nice addition to great views of beautiful city. Recommendation from globetrotters to make unforgettable experience ❤?👍

View is great, staff is very nice but the food is just mediocre for the price.
The salmon seemed fresh, cooked okay, but underseasoned, lack of taste, buttery sauce didnt have any taste, it was very strange. There's also not an atom of salt in this kitchen, they should at least have it on table to hide the lack of any flavours. very disappointing over all when the meals are this expensive.
