The location, the view , the food all very good. The service at the table was excellent. The problem was with reservation & reception, very unfriendly girls with attitude … they confused our bookings & treated us badly. I explain when i called weeks ago that i wanted 2 tables of 6 for my group … they bullied & told me that was impossible … in the end, thats what we got & it was perfect seating .. i dont know what was their problem …

Très beau moment passé au Ciel! Bistro-bar avec ma conjointe. Nous avons beaucoup aimé, une belle vue, une belle ambiance, un très bon service avec un personnel professionnel & aimable. Je recommande surtout pour les amoureux ;). Nous avons aimé aussi la partie culinaire :).

Certainly a unique experience with amazing views of Quebec City & surrounding areas. The appetizer, entree & dessert were all excellent as was the service. It was nice to not feel rushed to appreciate the full view as the restaurant rotated.

Do not miss! Yes, it is over the top (pun intended) but the food is first rate & omg the views!! Worth the price. We had a reservation for brunch but returned to have a drink at sunset & got right in. Needed up splitting a soup & salad that was an amazing end to the day. Pour un restaurant à cette hauteur, Nous sommes au porte d'un lieux historique
Un décor montrant la ville avec ses maisons , rues étroitent , musique d'époque mais basse .
Pour un touriste étranger

Commentaire constructif.
1. Vos ustensiles devrais etre enrouler dans la serviette de table , car la serveuse vien & nous depose les menu sur les ustentiles, zero hygienique.

2. Les menu gigantesque ? Une table pour deux avec des menu qui font la grandeur de la table ces pas vraiment adapter. Reduire la grandeur & ajouter des pages au limite, & bien ajouter un petit collant avec un code QR pour etre plus morderne.

3. L'air climatisé directe dans ton assiete ? Je vien pour manger un bon steak ou des pasta au fruits de mers & dans 1 minute apres avoir recu lassiete ces froid car lair clim sort directement dans les assietes.

4. La grandeur des tables pour deux la , vraiment minuscule , & ronde sa enleve tellement despace inutilement , ce qui rend l'experience assez serrer.

Autre que mes commentaires negatifs je doit dire que jai adoré par contre la vue ! Incroyable , & la nourriture etait excellente , les mocktails au pèche sont aussi vraiment parfait jai vraiment aimer , & la courtoisie & la politesse des serveuse etait admirable !

Mais je crois que mes points pourrais etre facilement corrigable pour un moindre coût ( peut etre pas l'air clim mais ca ce sera à vous de pensez a une solution ) , donc voila je vais quand meme reccomander le restaurant car cetait une experience unique :)
