The staff was very kind & helpful & the environment was superb. The rotation was slow & easy & gorgeous. The food was good not great. Perhaps our expectations were too high given previous meals in the area I still recommend the venue

Had an amazing experience at Ciel Bistro Bar! The food was absolutely delicious, & every dish was beautifully prepared. The atmosphere was incredible, especially the stunning 360° view that made the whole experience even more special.
A special thank you to Chloe for her warm hospitality & excellent accommodation. She made us feel welcome & ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit.
If you're looking for great food, outstanding service, & breathtaking views, I highly recommend Ciel Bistro-Bar. We will definitely be coming back!

Nous ne sommes pas de Québec & nous y allons 1 fois par année. C'est un must pour nous. Service toujours impeccable. Nourriture de très haute qualité & la meilleure vue sur Québec & ses alentours.
