We had a reservation today & arrived 10 mins early. Seated fast & we ordered right away.
When we arrived, there were just 2 other tables. (It was not busy at all)
Our peri peri octopus came pretty good timing, however, our main didn't come for one hour, & the other tables who ordered 20 mins later have received their food first.
When they finished eating, our food finally came. (They were sitting next to us, so it was very frustrating)
We own a restaurant so we know how they messed up our meal.
It was so obvious that they forgot our order, & they rushed to make ours.
The ribs were burnt & dry, the beef brisket was nothing special.
We paid around $200 for 2 adults & 1 child & that was our waste of money & time.
Horrible experience, definitely the worst in Quebec, for sure. If you have apologized at least for your mistake, we would not have written this review.
Do not recommend to any of our friends or families. Will never come back.
Je suis arrivé vers 17 h 15 & j'étais seul dans le restaurant… mais ça n'a pas pris de temps avant qu'il se remplisse.
J'ai demandé au cuisinier ce qu'il me suggérait, & il m'a proposé des tapas. Excellent choix : filet de poulet, ribs St-Louis, brisket & foie gras. Tout était savoureux. Un vrai régal.
Le barman m'a aussi fait d'excellentes suggestions pour les boissons.
Quand le restaurant s'est mis à se remplir, j'ai pu voir leur savoir-faire en action. Le tout était très bien orchestré, c'était impressionnant à observer.
Mention spéciale au service : à tour de rôle, le cuisinier, le barman & le serveur sont venus s'assurer que tout se passait bien.
Une très belle expérience. C'est un incontournable ❤?

Wow!!! Just wow. My husband & I ordered a house cocktail to begin, & found that they were both not very strong. In fact, they tasted like juice. But, when the meal came WOW. we got the platter for 2, with the Mac & cheese side & absolutely loved it. We couldn't even finish, we were so full. The beef brisket was so tender, the chicken strips were delicious & moist, & the ribs were fall off the bone. The Mac & cheese was very bland to our tasting but mixed with a piece of brisket was heaven. A must try when in Quebec City.
Ordered that meat combo. All good just a bit too salty from the sauce. So had to keep drinking water. But ribs & beef were really soft into the taste. Highly recommended.
Such a gem of smoked bbq goodness, brisket & ribs were fork tender & delicious…this place should not be missed! Service was amazing, ambiance was perfect. We will be back for sure!
The food was SO good. We needed a late dinner with the kids. We shared two combo trays (chicken/ribs + brisket + ribs with sides + poutine + mac n cheese). Everything was demolished. So tasty. Staff were friendly & east going. Yum!

The brisket is especially noteworthy, with just the right amount of bark & melt-in-your-mouth texture. One tip: if you've got a big appetite, go for the BBQ platter for two-even if you're solo-& skip the sides. You'll get generous portions of their best cuts, & it's well worth it. The sides are good, but the real star is the meat. The atmosphere is casual & inviting, & the staff are excellent-friendly, attentive, & clearly passionate about the food. Service is quick without feeling rushed, & they're happy to offer recommendations. Whether you're a local or just passing through,'Faites à l'os' delivers an authentic BBQ experience that's hard to beat. Bring your appetite & prepare to leave full & happy
This was the most delicious food we've ever tried. We've travelled a lot & tried many different foods. Let me tell you, this is out of this planet. The ribs melt in your mouth, absolutely exquisite. The chicken is delicious. It was almost a heavenly experience. I can't recommend this enough. Please keep the hard work, quality & service. Blessings to you.
