Excellent repas. Tout était bon. Par contre le ris de veau était peut être un tout tit peu trop cuit. Il était bon malgré cela. Le tartare de cerf était délicieux.

We went to Le Galopin, located inside Hotel Sepia. What a gem! Once we arrived, we were happily greeted by the staff & got seated quickly. Because this is a pretty upscale restaurant, there is quite a wait before the waiter comes to take our order. While waiting, we looked around the restaurant: quite small, elegant with a quiet & warm atmosphere. Our waiter was skilled & really nice. We began with the Sea & Charcuterie Board appetizer. Presentation is unmatched! The tastiest part was the thinly sliced octopus, it was out of this world! For the main course, I ordered the Smoked Duck & Game Tartare, since tartares are the restaurant's specialty. Let me tell you, it was unbelievably tasty! Melted in your mouth with ton of flavor. For the dessert, I got the Crême Brûlée, & I wasn't disappointed! Every part of this experience left me pleasantly surprised! Will definitely come back.

La nourriture est des fois pas à la hauteur de mes attentes. Par exemple, hier soir j'ai pris le boudin & pétoncles qui étaient excellents le mois dernier, cette fois ci, tout était trop cuit, le boudin avait une croute rigide & noircie des deux cotés & les pétoncles étaient caoutchouteux. Les tartares aussi on trop de sauce & efface le gout de la protéine choisie.

J'ai adoré mon expérience. Pour un restaurant avec une si belle réputation, je ne m'attendais pas à des prix aussi abordables pour un budget comme le mien! J'ai choisi comme menu du soir leur délicieux tartare classique de saumon pour moins de 30$! Je me suis régalée sans me ruinée dans une ambiance réconfortante, bénéficiant d'un service aux tables de qualité par des personnes attentionnées, chaleureuses & souriantes. N'hésitez pas tenter l'expérience.♥️

J'ai mangé récemment avec un ami. Endroit sympa, simple. Menu assez dispendieux. Limonade maison sans alcool super bonne. J'ai demandé la bavette bien cuite ce qu'on ne me fait jamais normalement... mais ils lont fait! cetait bien. Tout le reste était super bon. J'ai tenté la crème brûlée à la lavande & jai été agréablement surprise après le dédain initial de la couleur grisâtre. Cetait bien mais je n'aurai pas le budget dy revenir malheureusement. J'ai trouvé qu'à part les tartares ça manquait de choix à moins de 30$ l'assiette. J'ai payé 35$ pour une bavette ses accompagnements, 8$ pour une crème brûlée & un peu plus de 5$ pour une limonade. Le service était long malgré la salle vide mais comme javais demandé une bavette bien cuite cest un peu normal. J'enlève un point pour ça & la variété du menu.
