À chaque année, lorsque je reçois le guide Voir des restaurants du Québec, je suis surpris que le Galopin n'y occupe pas une place plus privilégiée.
Des tartares merveilleux, une carte élaborée, une assiette savoureuse en tout temps & un service digne des meilleurs horlogers suisses.
C'est ça le Galopin.
Comme c'est tout près de mon lieu de travail, j'y suis régulièrement.
