Nous avons eu la chance de serrer la main au commandant Piché qui soupait en même temps que nous. Ce fut la cerise sur le sundae :)

Bonne cuisine mais manque d'originalité au vue du prix.
Service long (1h15 avant d'avoir un plat), le service à la clientèle pourrait être amélioré pour combler l'attente des clients (proposer un petit élément à grignoter avec les boissons)

Qualité du petit déjeuner en dessous de ce qui est proposé à la carte pour le dîner & le souper du soir. Buffet très simple & prix trop élevé : Gaufre qui ont le goût du bacon, pancakes trop cuits. Qualité pas au rendez vous.

Bon resto si vous logez à l'hôtel Rimouski. Ambiance un peu sombre. Nourriture correct. Bonne pizza. Les calmars frits étaient décevants par contre.

Restaurant à connaître TOUT est bon pâtes relevées, steak frites machin desserts décadents! Bravo. Vin & cocktails appropriés. Service impeccable. Bravo. Rimouski a ses titres de noblesse pour sa bonne cuisine!

Pour le souper,Service très lent & décevant, serveuse qui ne soucis pas de nous,longue attente à chaque demande.Tartare à l'Italienne sans goût mais carpaccio & tartare de saumon très bon..
Pour le petit déjeuner,buffet très simple & coûteux .

L'hotesse a ouvert tous les rideaux un peu avant le coucher de soleil & cela a complètement changé l'ambiance. Nous sommes passés d'un restaurant chic avec atmosphère feutrée à un restaurant familial bien illuminé de style Normandin.
