This restaurant deserves five stars for its food quality & ambience. Unfortunately, I am forced to give it four, as the service was terribly slow. I ate here on two consecutive nights during my stay in Rimouski & on both days the speed of service was disappointing. The menu is amazing with plenty of gluten-free options, which is greatly appreciated. However, it took about 10 minutes or longer before a server approached me after I was seated. I did enjoy my dinner on both days, though. The beef steak was incredibly delicious & was cooked to perfection. A shout out to my second server, Anthony, who was very knowledgeable about allergens & reassured me that everything I ordered was gluten-free.

The European-style breakfast at this restaurant is also excellent & is very reasonably priced. They even have gluten-free bread & other items.

Despite the slow service, I would recommend this restaurant for the food quality & price.

J'avais fait une longue route, j'étais plutôt vannée. Quel bel accueil, quel délicieux repas. Manon, merci pour ton service & tes conseils, effectivement les huîtres en entrée étaient délicieuses & ta recommandation pour les grillades, tout à fait justifiée. J'ai beaucoup aimé ma brochette de poitrine de poulet.

Je n'ai que de bons mots. Nous étions pour un congrès, l'équipe de la brigade offre un service exemplaire. Nous étions environ 250 convives, tout le monde a manger chaud!!! Les repas étaient délicieux, tant au diner qu'au souper, en passant par les desserts. L'équipe est bien organisée & prend très au sérieux les allergies/intolérances alimentaires. Nous avons adoré tous les repas!

Je suis une personne atteinte de la maladie coeliaque & il n'est pas simple de manger au restaurant, il faut être certain que la nourriture soit sans gluten & exempte de contamination croisée. Après une conversation avec le chef au préalable, je me suis sentie en confiance voyant bien que ce dernier comprenait exactement l'enjeu pour ma santé. J' ai mangé comme une reine, ce qui m'arrive rarement. La nourriture était succulente & que dire du service à la table, un vrai charme! Merci d' exister Brigade 225.
