Très beau décor, belle luminosité & tout a été choisi avec goût. Repas délicieux, les légumes sont mis de l'avant & notre protéine (onglet de boeuf) était également excellente.

Nous avions bien hâte de découvrir Les Botanistes. Enfin un restaurant ou l'emphase est sur les légumes plutôt que la viande. Il y avait donc beaucoup de monde ce vendredi midi 30 août mais le service a été impeccable. Le décor est magnifique. Les tables sont assez rapprochées. Comme entrée, nous avons choisi le potage aux légumes, qui était excellent. Mon conjoint avait commandé l'échine de porc, accompagné de polenta sautée & tomates confites & haricots. Une belle assiette. Ma cassolette de haricot coco faisait figure de parent pauvre - c'était très goûteux, bien qu'un peu trop salé à mon goût - mais la présentation était bien sage. Mais tout compte fait une expérience fort positive. On y retournera sans doute pour découvrir le menu du soir.

Recettes moins traditionnelles qui recherchent des saveurs nouvelles qui m'ont beaucoup plu. La décoration est magnifique. Beaucoup aimé mon expérience. La crème brûlée au céleri rave est inusitée, mon conjoint a adoré. Les cocktails sont délicieux.
