Bonjour, comme toujours service impeccable, entée & dessert répondent à nos attentes, présentation peut être un peu négligée pour le sanglier, sinon, ça demeure un restaurant où il fait bon de retourner régulièrement, car la nourriture y est excellente

Loved the rabbit & sweetbreads entree. Desserts were mediocre. Especially the pistachio/madeleine dessert. It looked hideous & presentation is 50% of the experience.

Services très bon. Belle sélection de bons vins. L'exécution des plats était imprécise,.par contre. Plat principal tiède chaud, entrée aux chapignons servie très (trop) froide ce qui influencait négativement la saveur des champignons, alors qu'un fromage legèrement fondant aurait été bien mieux dans cette entrée. Choix des ingrédients de base excellent. Desserts originaux. Bref, compte tenu de mes experiences précédentes à ce resraurant & du niveau de celui-ci, j'ai été un peu déçu de mon repas d'hier soir, bien qu'il demeure un très bon restaurant.

Très bonne ambiance, musique présente mais non-envahissante. Les créations à base de plantes autant pour les cocktails, sauces, nourriture sont bien maîtrisés. Les plats sont très bien présentés, chaud, délicieux & les portions sont raisonnables. Nous n'avons pas pris de dessert

Le service était convivial & de bons conseils. J'aurais aimé un changement de verre pour recevoir mon vin rouge servi au verre, suite à mes bulles en apéro.

Je vais y retourner.
