J'ai été dans plusieurs des grands restaurants de Montréal & de Quebec, & le botaniste n'a rien a envier au grands restaurants, son équipe à la fois gentille, attentive & professionnelle (merci a Gabrielle, Guillaume & Laurent entre autre). L'apéro était original & délicieux, le souper menu dégustation était succulent & raffiné. Les saveurs & les textures en parfaite harmonie, la fraicheur & la qualité était au rendez-vous. L'accord met vin était recherché (un mélange de bouteilles locales & une belle sélection d'importation) J'ai hâte de revenir à Québec juste pour y retourner.

J'ai finalement eu la chance de passer à Québec un jour où Les Botanistes étaient ouverts & d'y manger. Je n'ai pas été déçue. Les 4 convives à ma table ont beaucoup aimé tous les plats qui nous ont été servis. Décor digne du nom du restaurant. Personnel agréable & efficace. Quel plaisir de trouver un restaurant de cette qualité à Cap-Rouge!

Longue vie aux Botanistes! Nous y retournerons lors d'un futur passage à Cap-Rouge.

Soirée parfaite! Le repas était absolument délicieux, avec des présentations magnifiques & un mariage de saveurs original. Le sommelier Guillaume qui nous a servi était d'une extrême gentillesse & les vins proposés avaient un accord réussi avec le repas. On y retournera à notre prochaine visite à Québec!
