Truly creative & well-balanced cocktails. The food was original & we finished every morsel. The service & staff were excellent & friendly. This was our favorite restaurant in Quebec City & probably one of the best, if not the best meals, of my life. 11/10 I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! (I'd especially recommend the sweetbreads - it's a "cannot-miss").

Des plats de qualité supérieur, tout en goût & harmonie. Les sauces sont fines & goûteuses, les viandes divines, la présentation raffinée. L ambiance est bien & le service attentionné. Je recommande fortement une visite aux Botanistes!

Une excellente adresse découverte ce jour. Repas délicieux du début à la fin. Accueil superbe, service & conseil au top. Une équipe passionnée avec une chef à la recherche de plats qui sortent de l'ordinaire avec les produits de saison & du coin.
