Très bonne expérience. Plats originaux, découvertes & portions adéquates. Belle harmonie entre le vin recommandé & le plat de résistance (mais pas dans le cas de la bière, trop accentuée). Les plats manquaient de couleurs (tout dans des tons de brun). Les chairs, même les légumes, étaient tendres ou al dente comme souhaité (les pétoncles cuits juste à la limite de la tendreté). Excellent aux chapitres de l'accueil & du service. Un peu cher, même pour un repas de cette classe. Merci.
