Personnel avenant. Plats exquis, originaux, jolis. Belle place aux légumes, mais les protéines sont bien traitées aussi ! Carte des vins originale, courte mais précise pour différents goûts. Desserts excellents & surprenants. Le tout en format de menus assez simplifé.

Sur la même lancée, la simplicité des menus (description) & des descriptions peut occasionner une petite surprise quand le plat arrive. Questionner le personnel pour être certain de l'aspect du plat. Extras un peu chers.

Finalement un poil cher si on sort à 2 avec apéro-entrée-plat-dessert-vin. Est-ce que ça valait la peine pour une occasion spéciale : oui.

Il paraît que c'était un peu plus "radical" avant l'arrivée de la nouvelle cheffe (mais même école de J.L. Boulay), mais pour nous ça ne semblait pas trop extra-terrestre. Je ne connais pas les autres cartes (midi ou matin?) & c'est ouvert seulement le soir actuellement (mars 2021), mais je souhaite qu'il y ait des spéciaux & tables d'hôtes, pour les gens qui voudraient prendre l'habitude d'y aller...

C'est vraiment un belle endroit, l'intérieur est chaleureux & vert, avec tous ces belles plantes!
La nourriture est super & la nouvelle chef semble bien inspirés! Environ 60$ par perssonne pour un repas complet, dessert & biére ou vin. La crème brulée est divine!
J'ai mit 4 étoiles & non 5 car il on changer le menu après qu'on es réserver. Je réevalurai au retour du menu "normal" d'avant Covid. ;)
