We are foodies, & Les Botanistes fully met our expectations. Great attention is paid to ingredients, which can make or break the fine dining experience. Menus is creative & well though through. Seal meat offered was
the first time we tried it, fantastic taste, texture & presentation. The ambiance is slick, service is very professional, the staff is highly competent. Looking forward to coming again already.

Nourriture gastronomique & endroit magnifique! Menu original & fleural. J'ai adoré les plats de légumes. 3 critiques à faire: l'eau servie à boire était chaude, les protéines chers vs la portion & la qualité (pétoncles sableux, contre-filet moyennement tendre, etc.),service excellent mais un peu trop rapide (manque d'écoute).
