La qualité de la nourriture était fantastique, le restaurant est magnifique. Par contre, Gaétan ne conaissait pas le menu du tout. On s'attend aussi à ce qu'il soit capable d'expliquer les vins en pairing & non juste nous dire qu'il ne sait pas c'est quoi dans ce genre de restaurant. Le pairing était en retard d'un service à chaque fois. Il était toutefois très amical.
