Très belle interprétation des légumes: nous avons essayé les asperges, les poireaux & les cavatellis avec extra morilles. Les pétoncles étaient cuits juste à point comme il se doit. Nous y retournerons sans aucun doute.

C'était ma deuxième visite à votre magnifique restaurant & j'ai eu un véritable coup de coeur!Autant pour le brunch du dimanche que pour le lunch du midi les plats dégustés étaient délicieux.On observe tout de suite le doigté d'un grand chef dans les cuisines.J'aime beaucoup la conception du menu mettant en vedette les légumes & une protéine d'accompagnement.Service sympathique & efficace.On y retourne c'est sûr!Longue vie aux Botanistes!🌿🍀🍽🥂🥗🍷
