La qualité & la présentation des mets nous impressionnent. Les petites mouches qui volent & se déposent dans nos verres un peu moins! Mais ça ne va pas nous empêcher de retourner!

Carte de vin très courte en particulier pour l'accord mets-vins avec l'esturgeon, le seul chablis est trop sec & ne rejoint pas le crèmeux de la sauce

Les plats étaient exceptionnellement bien réalisés & gouteux. Les cocktails étaient recherchés. Le service impeccable. Chaque fois que nous venons aux Botanistes, nous de sommes jamais déçus.

Pour élever encore plus l'expérience, il pourrait avoir l'ajout de petits détails comme : serviettes de table en tissu & changement des couverts à chaque service.
