Entrée pétoncles: sublime!
Sorbet betterave: me semble une fausse idée. Lavande : exquis!
Beaucoup de bruit & d'écho. Plus de feutré serait agréable. Aussi, il faudrait des vraies plantes partout pour être cohérent... première expérience convaincante, je reviendrai!
