La mise en bouche était excellente, ce fût le wow du repas. Le gravlax de saumon & la salade de fenouil étaient excellents. Cependant le pain sur lequel était le gravlax était trop mou. Le plat manquait de texture. Le dessert était juste correct. Pour le prix je ne recommanderais pas. L'ambiance est incroyable par contre :) .

La nourriture fut excellente ! Nous avions un budget vacances pour le restaurant. Dans d'autres circonstances, j'évalue la facture pour un dîner un peu salée pour la table d'hôte

La bouffe était parfaite. Nous avons trouvé que c'était bruyant. Peut-être qu'il y aurait lieu de demander à des étudiants en architecture de se pencher sur la question (projet de recherche par exemple). C'est une suggestion. C'était notre première visite à votre restaurant. Nous y retournerons certainement. Au plaisir de déguster à nouveau vos plats exquis.
