Bon rapport qualité/prix. Menu sans surprise. Pourrait être plus différent de ce qu'on trouve ailleurs pour le brunch, compte tenu du prix & de la réputation du chef.

Nous sommes allés pour la première fois un vendredi soir pour l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. Nous avons eu un super service de Guillaume, ainsi que de toute l'équipe. La nourriture était excellente, nous avons goûté au sanglier & au bison & tous les accompagnements étaient bien apprêtés. Étant de gros mangeurs, nous aurions pris toutefois un peu plus de viande. La chef nous a offert des viennoiseries avant de partir que nous avons dégustées à la maison le lendemain avec un bon café, délectable! Nous y retournerons assurément.

À la lecture du menu déjeuner, il est difficile d'imaginer l'assiette qui nous sera servie. Les trois plats reçus à notre table ont tous dépassé nos attentes.
