Un repas d'exception, deux critiques que j'aurrais à faire seraient que les plats étaient très salés & que le granité n'a pas été apprécié de notre groupe. Nous avons pris le menu dégustation, les plats étaient vraiment très généreux, originaux, le décor fabuleux, nous avons adoré.

Surprise! Alors que nous nous attendions à pouvoir « déjeuner » nous avons dû bruncher. Par ailleurs, les choix offerts étaient fort intéressants, ce qui nous a rendu la tâche plus difficile. &, encore une fois, nous nous sommes RÉGALÉS.
Nous adorons ce grand espace restaurant, d'une grande beauté, de même que l'expérience gastronomique qui nous y est offerte.

&, ce qui est encore plus important, le personnel. Nous tenons à souligner la grande gentillesse de Caroline, ses explications sur le menu, & ses allées & venues s'assurant que nous étions satisfaits de nos choix. Vraiment, la compétence existe chez vous.
