Si vous voulez une expérience de restaurant fin dans une ambiance feutrée & ludique, vous êtes au bon endroit. Le personnel est chaleureux & le décor très "éco-classe", où les plantes vivantes se marient avec les matériaux purs.
Bon, parlons plats, vous êtes là pour ça n'est-ce pas ?
La cheffe Emmeline Péro & son équipe sont de vrais artistes. Artistes dans la composition visuelle de leurs assiettes, mais également artistes dans les saveurs qu'ils juxtaposent dans ceux-ci.
Les plats sont équilibrés à la perfection, les arômes nous subliment avant même la première bouchée. Chaque élément est soigneusement réfléchi pour offrir une expérience gustative complexe & satisfaisante. On vous transporte en asie, en méditerrannée ou dans le Nord Canadien avec des saveurs robustes mais aussi subtiles qui vous feront assurément rêver.
Les aliments sont toujours très frais & préparés avec tant d'amour & de passion que ça se goûte réellement.

Acceuil & service chaleureux & professionnel. Menu dans mes goûts, difficulté à choisir car tout est alléchant. Beaucoup de recherche dans la préparation des mets. La prochaine fois, je choisirai le 5 services car tout était très bon. Je recommande fortement.

Delicious, thoughtful food, beautiful dining area, very friendly & accommodating staff.
I reserved for brunch & my sister-in-law had a handful of allergies & the kitchen was more than accommodating when we arrived, they created her own menu so I really appreciate it! Thank you again!

Service incroyable, notre serveur (Guillaume) connaisait ces produits & les vins sur le bout des doigts. Le décor est tout simplement enchanteur, le niveau sonore ambiant était très agréable. & bien sûr la nourriture était délicieuse, les plats bien balancés & les ingrédients d'excellente qualité. Je recommande fortement ce restaurant, une expérience culinaire très satisfaisante.
