Delicious fish & chips was the special. If poutine had been on the menu, I would've liked to try Quebec's version, but this was fine dining. My sister had a veal dish that she enjoyed with a glass of wine. Desserts were heavenly.

I was lucky to have chosen Louis Hebert. Excellent food with great service. The freshness of ingredients, the attention to detail & execution of the food, the best cheese cake I have ever tasted-I do not usually enjoy cheesecake, well executed Kir Framboise, well selected wines, & relaxed atmosphere. The Black Pudding was out of this world & so were the Sweetbreads. Alvaro was an excellent waiter. I will certainly return. Dog friendly, kids menu.

Whenever we visit Quebec City, the Louis Hebert is a must!!! Food, wine & service are 5 stars every time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dinner was fabulous & the outside seating added to the dinner experience. Guinea Hen, Veal with sweetbread, & the Rack of Lamb were great choices off the menu along with the wine. Great place to have dinner with family or friends.

While the food was very good, the service provided by the waitress was lacking & not attentive. We waited a very long time for our orders & I had to ask for a bread basket. We were given the wrong bottle of wine. While it was our fault for not noticing when it was brought to the table because the name was similar, the cost was double. The food was very good & the atmosphere was as well. Unfortunately, the service was not

Went for dinner last night . Second time at this restaurant. Service & food was wonderful first time last year when we visited which is why we returned this year . However, the summer festival started yesterday & the restaurant was overly crowded for the staff available & it very much affected the service - we were just left sitting with wine & bread for 40 minutes then again for the main meal. Worse is that no one bothered to come & explain things to us. We were given more bread & could easily have finished our bottle of wine before we even got our meal given how slow it was. We learned later from the server that others were experiencing the same thing too . We will give this restaurant another chance maybe next year - but won't go if there is a crowded event going on. Too bad but it is an expensive dinner & we were not happy to have that money wasted.

Our dinner was fabulous. The service was excellent & the waiter was spot on with a wine recommendation. The whole experience was outstanding.
