Un excellent service menu bien expliqué ,chaque plats lors du service nous est présenté pour nous faire savoir l'origine de sa création ! Terre & Mer un délice pour les yeux , les papilles !
Même mon conjoint qui n'aime pas le poisson s'est régalé le l'omble chevalier qui fond dans la bouche .On a l'impression de partager la passion culinaire d'Etienne .Merci

Nous avons pris le terre & mer très bon concept, très bon comme repas à partager, le seul hic c'est que pour 2 personnes....facture très salé malgré l'établissement sans pourboires. Peut être les prix serait à revoir selon moi.

J'ai adoré le menu Terre & Mer, les portions étaient parfaite pour partager à deux & les mets étaient incroyable. Ç m'a fait découvrir des idées de combinaisons de saveurs qui ne m'aurait jamais venu à l'esprit. Vraiment impressionnée & je vais y retourné c'est certain
