Une belle découverte au coeur de St Sacrement. Recommandation Michelin pleinement méritée! Une des meilleures truites que j'ai mangée, flanc de porc délicieux. Les produits locaux sont en vedette. Bravo!

Rien à redire sur le menu. C'est probablement la meilleure truite que j'ai mangé de ma vie. Le service était ok mais inégale entre les employés. Il manquait un certain niveau de professionnalisme chez certains, qu'on pourrait s'attendre dans ce type d'établissement. Nous avons demandé des recommendations d'accord vin avec le menu table d'hote & on c'est fait dire qu'il en avait pas & ne nous a pas suggéré de vin au verre qui accompagnerait bien les différents services. Toutefois, tout le monde travaillais de bonne fois & c'est ce qui compte.

Très bon restaurant. La formule table d'hôte ne nous a pas déçu! Cependant, le restaurant est un peu bruyant…

Tres belle experience culinaire je vous le recommande les plats sont tres gouteux & vraiment bon dans la bouche mais avec votre plat principal commander vous un accompagnement moi jai commander la truite & patate en accompagnement avec gateau des anges sauce au bleuet au dessert tout étais juste wow

Excellente cuisine, surtout la truite qui était tendre & goûteuse. Belle occasion pour une dégustation de produits québécois lorsque vous avez un anniversaire. Nous avons eu le droit au mousseux des plus exquis Le coin perdu! Bonne dégustation!

Tout était TRES bon ! (...Comme au Ambre 😉 )
La salade cesar, la truite, le tartare de boeuf, le flanc de porc 👌👌
On a été tres bien servi & conseiller par Peneloppe.
Excellent rapport qualité-prix.
On y retournera à coup sûr !
