Pour vrai je pense que c'est le meilleur resto où j'ai été, rien de moins. Le menu simple, mais avec des ingrédients de haute qualité & des plats réinventés. L'ambiance est vraiment bien, le service exceptionnel, Shout out à Jérémie! (Venant d'une ancienne serveuse). Services d'eau régulièrement, explications claires & personnel passionné!!!! Je retournerai bientôt assurément. Amateurs de bonne cuisine c'est la que ça se passe.

J'avais adoré Ambre, & Saison est tout aussi remarquable, voire au même niveau d'excellence! La nourriture est absolument incroyable, maîtrisée, savoureuse & toujours juste. Le service est impeccable, attentionné mais sans aucune prétention, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. La carte des vins est excellente, avec de très beaux choix qui accompagnent parfaitement le menu.

Honnêtement, tout est bon sur le menu!! J'y suis déjà allé trois fois depuis l'ouverture, & chaque visite confirme que Saison fait clairement partie des meilleures tables de Québec. J'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner.
