Délicieux, nous avons pris comme entrée le tartare de boeuf & la toast au moules (coup de coeur) puis comme plats principaux les pâtes au champignons & la truite.

Le Saison est le parfait exemple d'un resto qui sait mettre de l'avant les produits d'ici!

Les portions sont généreuses, tout est bien présenté & la sélection de vins est incroyable. 💙 Un régal!

Vraiment décevant. Plats beaucoup trop chers . Je m'attendais à de la cuisine raffinée. Le plat qui m'a le plus déçu ce sont les raviolis au homard à 65$. Ils n'avaient ni le goût ni la texture du homard. J'en ai fait part au serveur mais il m'a certifié que c'était du homard. Pour en avoir mangé ailleurs je pense vraiment qu'il n'y avait pas de homard dans leurs raviolis ou si peu que ça ne le goûtait pas.Le plat de pommes de terre, la salade César & la brioche aux moules sont ordinaires.
Le crudo de flétan & le tartare étaient bons.
Voilà notre expérience a été très décevante.
Peut être avions nous mis la barre un peu haute mais quand on voit 4,8 dans les avis ont s'attend à autre chose.

Un personnel d'une générosité exceptionnelle & une cuisine tout aussi généreuse, surprenante & savoureuse.
Mention spéciale à Jérémy, un serveur exceptionnel, sincère & attentionné. À souligner : un restaurant sans pourboire, & pourtant un service irréprochable & profondément humain.
Une soirée mémorable, tout simplement parce que tout était succulent.
Une expérience unique, comme une saison : changeante, vivante & inspirante.
