Nous étions 3 personnes pour la réservation. Il s'agit pour ce restaurant d'un concept de plats à partager mais on nous a expliquer que c'était conçu à la base pour 2 personnes mais qu'ils peuvent s'adapter : on pouvait choisir un plat de plus pour compenser… cependant est ce qu'un plat de plus justifie de payer 95$/ personne également ? Nous avons reçu uniquement 2 soupes à partager , au lieu de 3 bols ce qui est assez spécial. & 2 desserts qui auraient très facilement pu etre servi en 3 portions. Pour un restaurant qui se veut gastronomique c'est assez spécial de piger dans le même bol de soupe d'une autre personne quand tu paies 95/ personne. Également , le tout à été servi assez tiède.
Ils ont fait attention aux allergies & le service était correct.

Une expérience hors du commun, les menus de dégustations ont tous été délectés jusqu'à la fin avec des ingrédients frais, des produits d'ici & un choix de vins qui était tout aussi parfait.

Un service chaleureux & amical, prix abordable, pour être honnête je découvre beaucoup de nouveaux restaurants & celui-ci a été au delà de mes attentes. Je le recommande fortement à tous & je reviendrai définitivement à mon prochain séjour à Québec & ce à avant une prochaine Saison! ;-)

Pour notre 24 ieme anniversaire de couple : un souper extraordinaire! Sérieusement ça faisait longtemps qu'on avait pas si bien mangé & que dire du personnel & des propriétaires. Un gros wowwww.
