Très belle expérience! Le crudo de flétan a été mon coup de coeur. Belle sélection de vins québécois & de cocktails, qui se pairent bien avec la nourriture.

A dream night out.
First the setting: it is simple, functional & warm without being overy snobby. The ambiance is conveyd by the québécois music, the customers all in a great mood & the friendly & efficient staff.
The sevice: Penelope catered to our every needs, making sure we chose drinks & food we would love, & expertly explaining the menu with care & an awesome smile.
The food: A-MA-ZING. I am still speechless. We took the 45$ table d'hôte, & we were served a local, tasty & original Ceasar salad for apetizer.
Then came the main course: the best ever gravelaxed-smoked trout in a delicious creme, with bread & butter to die for. We were in heaven.
Dessert was a strawberry cake with meringue & white chocolate mousse. It was perfect.
We will come back to try the rest of the menu.
