Une belle découverte au coeur de St Sacrement. Recommandation Michelin pleinement méritée! Une des meilleures truites que j'ai mangée, flanc de porc délicieux. Les produits locaux sont en vedette. Bravo!

Nous avons adoré l'expérience! Plats exceptionnels, service impeccable. Plus particulièrement, la focaccia & la césar étaient délectables. Nous vous suggérons de vous asseoir au comptoir bar, c'est très intéressant de voir les chefs faire la mise en place. Le choix de musique québécoise contribuait certainement à rendre l'ambiance plus immersive.

Cuisine incroyable avec ingrédients d'ici, un menu qui s'adapte selon les saisons, une présentation de chaque plats par des serveurs qui connaissent leur menu, le tout dans un endroit où il n'y à pas de gêne à se présenter en jeans & en t-shirt. À essayer!

Rien à redire sur le menu. C'est probablement la meilleure truite que j'ai mangé de ma vie. Le service était ok mais inégale entre les employés. Il manquait un certain niveau de professionnalisme chez certains, qu'on pourrait s'attendre dans ce type d'établissement. Nous avons demandé des recommendations d'accord vin avec le menu table d'hote & on c'est fait dire qu'il en avait pas & ne nous a pas suggéré de vin au verre qui accompagnerait bien les différents services. Toutefois, tout le monde travaillais de bonne fois & c'est ce qui compte.
