We love this restaurant. We book Le Concorde hotel only because of Ciel restaurant. Claudia is our favorite waitress, she is extremely attentive & great with kids. All waiters are great! Excellent food, excellent presentation & combination of price & quality. Arctic char is my favorite. We can't wait for them to reopen brunch for when we come next year.

Excellent accueil comme toujours ! Première fois que nous prenions le souper (d'habitude nous venons pour mes brunch) & sommes ravis, évidemment nous répondrons présents lors la réouverture !
Encore merci pour ces beaux repas autant par les plats que par la chaleur humaine de votre personnel toujours à l'écoute & souriant. Bon courage, tenez bon & belle & heureuse année 2022

Excellent accueil, réservation initiale 4 + 1 enfant; ajout 5e adulte sans problème. Très bon moment aussi bien pour la vue inégalable sur Quebec que d'un point de vue culinaire. Réservation déjà prise pour découvrir le brunch & Quebec de jour.

N'étant pas retournée au Ciel depuis plus de 18 mois, quel plaisir ce fut de retrouver ce même accueil si chaleureux .
Un brunch tout à fait délicieux. Un retour assuré très bientôt.
