Toujours bien accueillant ce resto Ciel Bistro-bar & quelle vue extraordinaire de ce tour de 360 degrés sur la Ville de Québec & ses environs. Nous avions choisi la formule brunch & nous n'avons pas été du déçus du tout. Tout était délicieux.

Vue époustouflante! Service impeccable.
Conseil: Si vous y allez pour le brunch par une belle journée ensoleillée, habillez-vous léger car il fait vraiment très chaud près des fenêtres au soleil.
