L'endroit est sublime. Quelle vue, quelle ambiance, la musique est superbe & le restaurant est magnifique. Toutefois, nous avons été vraiment déçus de nos repas.... Trop de cuisson pour le flétan & pas assez de cuisson pour la souris d'agneau (manque 2h de cuisson). L'entrée de foie gras très fibreux & rempli de nerfs... décevant. Avec un restaurant aussi magnifique, nous nous attendons à plus. La présentation des assiettes est parfaite par contre & la serveuse nous a offert un super service, rien à dire du service excepté la qualité des plats.

Magnifique expérience, la cuisine est de très haute qualité avec un choix multiple. Notre serveur a su très bien nous conseiller sur les choix de plats & des apéros & vins. Pour être certains de bien voir le magnifique panorama de la belle ville de Québec & du majestueux fleuve Saint-Laurent privilégier une journée ensoleillée, l'expérience ne sera que meilleure.

EXCELLENT ! Cocktails & Repas délicieux. Viande délicieuse cuite avec perfection & le goût était exquis. Ma femme a adorée son repas également. La vue était magnifique & le serveur était d'une très bonne attention. Bravo au Serveur. Bravo au Cuisiniers.

5 étoiles pour l'endroit mais 3 étoiles pour le repas qui n'est pas tout à fait à la hauteur (sans jeu de mots) de ce que nous offre ce magnifique panorama.
