Non seulement la vue est magnifique grâce à une plateforme tournant lentement pour garantir une vue totale de Québec City mais la cuisine s'avère réellement intéressante, goûteuse & raffinée. Notre serveur était très sympathique, présent sans être envahissant. C'était mon deuxième souper, 22 ans après le premier, j'espère revenir avant d'avoir 70 ans 😉

Comme je disais à un ami hier, bien que ce qui nous est servit soit tout à fait correct, ce n'est pas pour la nourriture que nous allons manger au Ciel & heureusement que cet établissement offre une expérience unique avec l'incroyable vue panoramique sur la magnifique ville de Québec! Comme dirait en anglais le critique artistique Simon Cowell, à propos de la nourriture, "it was forgettable". Le steak qui m'a été servi sans couteau à steak était bien, ainsi que ses accompagnements. Le café gourmand était plutôt ennuyeux, comparativement à ce que j'ai expérimenté à Lyon en décembre dernier. Les mignardises n'avaient pas de personnalité, cela goûtait seulement sucré. Pas mauvais, mais certainement pas wow! Ce qui fut inoubliable, ce sont les yeux de ma partenaire, pour qui c'était la première visite, lorsqu'elle regardait par la fenêtre. Expérience unique. & nous reviendrons pour cela.
