Restaurant pensé pour tourner entièrement le temps du repas étant lui même parfait : Assiettes très consistantes, dressages & saveurs précis. Le service est également parfait : serveurs agréables, souriants & trouvant justement leur place au long de ce repas & cette expérience. Restaurant avec toutes les qualités d'un gastro & sans ses défauts de par la sobriété du lieu & la générosité des plats. Merci.

Vue imprenable sur Quebec & service impeccable. Mais ce qui nous a le plus époustouflé c'est la qualité de nourriture & la saveur des plats. Un vrai délice.
Vraiment digne d'un grand grand restaurent.
Nous y sommes allés pour le déjeuner /bruch Le saumon mi cuit & le boudin un vrai délice.
