I had requested my steak to be very well done NO PINK, sadly for $48 my meal was, pink. I would recommend the veggies to be doubled.
Atmosphere was great, service so-so.
When asked by our male waiter (whom was newer) how our meal was, I advised my steak was pink inside. He responded with "I will let them know." Overall the waiter was polite & his timing was good,
The kitchen staff, service cold improve for us anyway, my daughter ordered a med steak which it was a bit more red than pink, & my husband med -well, again more pink than anticipated. Overall all 3 fell a bit on the less cooked side.

Eating at Ciel! was one of the highlights of our trip to Quebec City. Fantastic views of the city & beyond. The food was well done, & the drinks were enjoyable. They have a good Mock-tail menu too. I would highly recommend!

Je recommande fortement!!! La vue est à couper le souffle, la nourriture est très bonne & notre serveuse était très souriante & professionnelle. La qualité de la nourriture vaut son prix. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée
