Absolutely incredible! We came to celebrate our first year anniversary & couldn't have been happier. Of course the atmosphere is delightful, with the scenery gently rotating past as you dine. However, the quality of the food greatly impressed us! We had the scallops, chicken, & pork cheeks. They all were cooked perfectly, delightfully seasoned, & mouth-wateringly good! The prices were very reasonable for the experience & quality of food! & to top it off, they surprised us with a lovely dessert & sparkler to celebrate the anniversary. It was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend!

Nous avions une reservation à 9 h pour le brunch & déjà à l'entré le personnel nous a accueillis tres chaleureusement , nous avons eu une table rapidement & notre serveuse à été incroyable , nous demandent si tous étais a notre gouts mais sans trop nous interrompe, la nourriture était wow , nous avons pris la brioche perdu , leur formule table d'hôte reviens a une qualité prix vraiment bien & que dire de la vue , c'étais un dimanche nuageux, mais l'expérience étais tous aussi belle & dans une ambiance calme & agréable ! Je recommande très fortement !

Very good food & service enhanced by an amazing view ! Window seat recommended beginning 90 mins before sunset. It takes 90 mins to go around so take your time!

This place was the top recommendation from friends after learning we were visiting Old Quebec. Online reservation was a breeze. We were greeted very warmly & they let us in 30 mins before our reservation as we arrived early. The service was a great combo of professionalism, friendliness, & humor. The view was stunning! The food was amazing & very visually appealing! The dietary restrictions were taken very seriously from the very beginning. Overall, we very much enjoyed our Ciel experience & will come back when we find ourselves back in Quebec City. Very highly recommended!
