The restaurant is on the 27th floor & rotates 360 degrees in 1.5 hours. This gives you a fantastic panoramic view of Quebec. The restaurant was very busy, luckily we had made a reservation in advance. The service & the food were very good. We had a very nice evening.

Very good food & service enhanced by an amazing view ! Window seat recommended beginning 90 mins before sunset. It takes 90 mins to go around so take your time!

You usually don't expect great food at places with views. This one offers a nice view of Quebec City, & the food is just as impressive. Every dish was delicious & beautifully presented. The staff was friendly & attentive, making the whole experience perfect. My kids loved it as well. Additionally, I made a mistake with the date when I booked online, but the restaurant staff was happy to make a change for me. The only opportunity for improvement was the cleanliness of some of the glass windows. However, that didn't spoil the overall experience.

This place was the top recommendation from friends after learning we were visiting Old Quebec. Online reservation was a breeze. We were greeted very warmly & they let us in 30 mins before our reservation as we arrived early. The service was a great combo of professionalism, friendliness, & humor. The view was stunning! The food was amazing & very visually appealing! The dietary restrictions were taken very seriously from the very beginning. Overall, we very much enjoyed our Ciel experience & will come back when we find ourselves back in Quebec City. Very highly recommended!
