Such a wonderful first impression! Stunning views on a clear night. Little misunderstandings with the server but all worked out well. Delicious, sumptuous food & a beautiful presentation. Ordered 3 choices from house specials that did not disappoint.

Wonderful brunch, great waiter, it was his birthday. We received a birthday cake but it wasn't our birthday so we celebrated our waiter's birthday. Beautiful views!

While the view is spectacular, the best reason to go to Ciel! is for the food. The Arctic Char was prepared beautifully. The butcher's special bison tongue was the best prepared tongue dish I've had anywhere. So tender & flavourful! A wonderful way to end our Quebec City vacation.

Amazing view from the top floor rotating restaurant. Service was quite long & was served not warm at all. Overall food quality was average.

View was great. Online booking & reception were great. Waiter service was friendly but very slow to get menus & water. Very little attention during time at restaurant. Had the roasted prime rib which had fabulous potato, gravy & vegetables but the meat was unlike any cut of prime rib I've ever seen & was over cooked & dry. Disappointing when you spend $48 on a meal.

Had a lovely meal here. The restaurant revolves so you get a great view of Quebec & the service was excellent. It wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be for what it was. We went at night but would be great for lunch to get the views too.
