We took our tween daughters here for our last night in Quebec City. It was PERFECT. With the *wow* factor of the rotating view, the delicious children's prefix menu (also a great value-thank you!), & our incredibly kind & attentive waitress, we all agreed that it was easily our favorite restaurant of the entire vacation. It is such a gem of a place, & we're so grateful to have had our evening there- such a happy memory!

Not too impressed given the view was the best thing. The food seemed unimaginative. The portion was meager & slightly warm when served. The waiter seemed inexperienced.

Unbeatable view for this price:) it is my second visit since 2018. I noticed this place hasn't changed much. Kitchen was overloaded & the serving speed was worrisome. But we weren't in a rush as we enjoyed the view. If you have a tight schedule be careful. We waited for an omelette for about an hour.

Eating at Ciel! was one of the highlights of our trip to Quebec City. Fantastic views of the city & beyond. The food was well done, & the drinks were enjoyable. They have a good Mock-tail menu too. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic ..the view is so worth it ..we booked a 730pm seating. Sunshine beaming in ..not too hot by the windows. Turned into the sparkly evening with the city lights ..great 5star service. Birthday sparkler on dessert ..friendly professional staff.

Thank you for a wonderful experience at the Turning Bistro! The food was tasty, healthy, & presented with style! The menu choices do not need to be large in our view, since we value quality not quantity! The staff was very kind, helpful & genuine in their approach, & the view.... heavenly! A unique experience indeed!
